Description: This coffee is great for those who want to tiptoe into wild coffees without diving headfirst into mouth-puckering acidity and overwhelming floral aromas. A light, clean berry acidity is grounded by a velvety honey sweetness. This results in a cup that is both rich and vibrant. Brew it however you like, this bean is very versatile. As espresso, the syrupy honey and plum notes take the stage and offer balanced and interesting shots. Prepared as drip, the berry acidity makes more of an appearance, adding a little sparkle to the cup. Our first time roasting a coffee from Burundi, and it's shaping up to be a tasty everyday coffee.
