Tasting notes: Milk Chocolate, Vanilla, Brown Sugar
Varieties: Caturra, Castillo and Dos Mil
Sometimes, you don’t want a coffee that tastes like flowers or a fruit basket. A very approachable and versatile coffee, using any brewing method this Colombian will produce a rich, chocolatey cup. As espresso, the sweet notes of brown sugar and vanilla will come through, back by a velvety milk chocolate body. As a drip coffee, a slight sparkle of cherry shines through. Pairs well with a warm pair of slippers and rainy Sunday mornings.
