Description: The first few sips of Liliana’s coffee pack a burst of bright, zesty notes of blueberry and raspberry with a touch of lemon zest. These crisp notes of berry and citrus are woven together by a syrupy (almost malty) body, adding some balance and depth to the cup. Overall, this is a perfect example of complexity in Colombian coffee - a zesty bouquet of fruity aromas grounded by a velvety body, making a cup both delicate and rich.

Liliana comes from a family of coffee growers (her property actually neighbors her parents’ coffee farm!) and is also a part of the Women Farmer’s of Pijao Co-op. In addition to the cooperative’s coffee (find that one here) we were stoked to offer some coffee from Liliana’s farm to show what this region has to offer. Her coffee is among the cleanest and most complex Colombian coffee we’ve tasted, and we couldn’t be happier to share it with you. Huge thank you to Bodhi Leaf and Campesino Coffee, who helped us get these beans from Pijao to Fernie!
