Description: A funky, fruit-forward anaerobic natural - what’s not to love! This one comes from Banexport in Cauca. They purchased the coffee in whole cherry from these four producers the Sotará municipality, and then processed it using their bioreactor. This sealed tank allows them to control all the variables as the cherries ferment in ana anaerobic environment. They then moved onto a solar dryer (basically a greenhouse) to promote even drying.
